    This book is designed with one purpose in mind: to show you how to take both the energy and the methods you are now using to either be upset or angry, and instead, use that same energy and those same methods you are already familiar with, to be happy. 

                                                               Why do this?
     Because for whatever success, in whatever area of your life you desire to be more successful within, the happier you are, the more successful you will be. And, the happier you will be with your deliberate successes once they do happen!

     The key point that you need to remind yourself of over again and again is this: that you are already adept in the use of these processes, and that you are already using enough energy to make yourself happy ten times over.

     There is no unfamiliar method to learn here. There is nothing to "add" to you in order to fix you. There is nothing to change, and there is no new energy to find. You are working perfectly well, and right now. The energy you are already using for any purposes other than your success and happiness will always be that same energy, and the process for achievement does not change just because your goals for that achievement do. This is the amazing part of all of this shifting of energy:

     This is a suggested plan, and the invitation is to use it. Plans take place over time. Give yourself that time. Plans are also calls to action. You must act on them. You can come up with your own plan, or use a plan outlined in another work. The important point about a plan is to use it. Because though use, you can find out what works and doesn't work for you. Throw out what doesn't work. Keep what works. That's the beauty of your plan: it's yours. You determine its use, its function, and whatever other elements about it you desire to come up with and then practice. Any way you choose it, you use it. It's your plan. Ownership of your plan in this way will maximize the amount of use you put into the practice of your plan. Do that. Put a lot of use into your plan. Give yourself a lot of time. You deserve to be taken care of in that way. Doing so, will serve you well. Once you are served well, then you will have accessed the clarity, energy, and willingness, to then serve others well. What power! You go! . . . . . . . . . . . . . .
